My son has a cold so we've been using the humidifer at night, usually on for about 45-60 minutes. There have been numerous occasions while I am watching radar when a storm that looks like it should be warned over a large metro area isn't and if the same storm of similar intensity was over a rural area it is warned. Does the NWS have different criteria for issuing warnings and are more hesitant to issue warnings if the storm is over a large metro area? I don't think it's because there are fewer spotters in rural areas but maybe that in some cases as in during rush hour a tornado warning may cause mass panic and possible auto accidents due to people speeding to get home. I have my flv swf embedded in a html table by way of dreamweaver. Its one of the basic skins from the component library, steelExternalAll.swf. When i play the movie from flash it plays fine, with the video controls showing below, but i notice it has no sound. I then embed the swf in my webpage, and the video will show up, but there will be no controls now and still no sound.......Can anyone tell me why and how i can fix this problem? Hello all, I'm starting to get really into flash 5, and with flash mx out, do you suggest continue learning flash 5 as much before attempting flash mx? i use flash for simple movies, animation and in the future, games. If you're just getting started and have not developed any Flash 5 habits, I would say you could find your way around MX easier.
